Print and Color Flashcard for Arigatou, Thank You in Japanese

Here is my print and color flashcard for the Japanese word for Arigatou, "Thank You ."

The free printable coloring project below features cut-outs for the front and back of a flashcard that can be colored by the student and glued together or glued to opposite sides of cardstock to make a vocabulary card that may be used; to help to learn the word, "Arigatou."
The top of the printable can be combined with others to form a student's vocabulary book. It has the word and a translation in bold open letters that can also be colored, plus an area for notes or writing a practice sentence.

WHO I AM

I am not a language teacher. I recently found out that people who continue to learn throughout life are less likely to suffer cognitive problems as they age. So, now I'm over 60, and I always wanted to learn a second language, so I randomly picked up a set of language CDs at the library to use. But, my old brain is not taking it in very well. I have begun to make these worksheets with flashcards to add another level to my learning. I am very visual, so seeing it helps. When I color the letters in with pencils, it further reinforces the language learning process.

Parents and teachers will find this free-to-print coloring page helpful.
  • It is ideal for any children's learning situation.
  • Home School.
  • Language Club.
  • Self-study.
  • Classroom.
  • ESL (English as a second language) class.
  • Use it when kids need a quiet activity.
Coloring the words helps you learn the word.
