THIS IS SOMETHING I MAKE FOR MYSELF
I made this free printable coloring project with two parts. The bottom has two sections to court out and makes a do-it-yourself flashcard. I color the two sides and glue them together. It helps to learn the word, "五 ご go." I made the top part a language journal page that can be added to others to make a kind of vocabulary book. You can color the letters, and there is an area for notes or writing a practice sentence.
ABOUT ME
I am not a teacher or even a college graduate, and I don't yet speak Japanese. I am interested in languages, and at my age, it is hard to learn new stuff. I began to look for things to add to my learning process. I make these projects to help my old brain learn. I am very visual, so seeing it helps.
If I take a few minutes each day and just review these flashcards by reading the words aloud, it helps me retain the word.
Coloring the letters with pencils further reinforces the language learning process.

I hope parents and teachers will find these free-to-print learning craft pages helpful. I think it would work for any children's learning situation. Home School. Language Club, Self-study. Classroom. ABOUT PRINTING
The language craft activity below is designed for USA letter-sized paper. If you are using a different size, you might need to change the printer's dialogue box on your computer.
